Dr Omer Mor

Dr. Omer Mor is a specialist in obstetrics and Gynaecology from Israel who is undertaking his advanced laparoscopic training as an AGORA fellow since January 2024.  Omer has completed his medical training in Rambam medical centre, a large tertiary centre in Haifa, Israel and was accredited as a specialist from the ministry of health in Israel. Later He worked as a consultant in the Obstetrics and gynaecology department.

He is interested in all aspects of women’s health from pregnancy and labour management, gynaecological disorders, infertility and especially in minimally invasive gynaecological surgery. He believes in a holistic approach toward a medical problem while putting the patient in the centre and tailoring the treatment according to what is right for her and a dedicated follow-up throughout the process.

Dr. Mor is also very passionate about medical education, teaching and training medical students and registrars and has numerous exceptional lecturer award from the Technion institute of technology university in Haifa. He has a background in leadership and completed a master’s degree in public health and was one of the representatives in the National Israeli health association responsible for national program of registrar curriculum in Israel.

He is also passionate about research in the field of Gynaecology and Medical education with numerous articles and presentations at international conferences.

Most important – Dr. Mor is a family person, married to Adi who is a GP and a father of 4. He enjoys hiking and long distance running in his free time.
